If you’d like to help plan the spring fundraising event this year please request to join the group! We are kicking it in to high gear and need your help! There are many things to do that don’t take much time at all and every little bit helps! We need people of all talents - but I really need someone comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite ASAP.

Parent-Teacher Conferences - No Class or Activities
Monday, February 18
Monday, February 18, is Parent/Teacher Conference Day. There are no classes this day. Childcare is provided for Early Childhood and Elementary students between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm in the Multipurpose Room. No care is available for the Infant or Toddler programs; please feel free to bring your child to your conference with you.
Elementary Open House
Thursday, February 21, 5:30-7:00 pm
How does your child learn using Montessori materials like the stamp game, large bead frame, checkerboard, test tubes, trinomial cube, pin board, or cubing material? Join us and let your child show you!
Elementary Standardized Testing
Practice: February 25-28, 8:30-11:00 am
Testing: March 4-7, 8:30-11:00 am
The Elementary students will be taking the Stanford Achievement Test the first week of March. In preparation for this out-of-the-ordinary testing, students will practice the week prior to the test. During both weeks, elementary students should arrive on time and follow their usual practice of eating a healthy breakfast. The testing procedures are atypical for the children, so they need as much mental energy as they can muster to complete these tests.

- STEP 1: Go to the Free School Montessori Family Membership page.
- STEP 2: Click the “Add to Cart” button.
- STEP 3: Click the “View Cart” button in the right-hand column.
- STEP 4: Now click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
- STEP 5: You will now be asked for “Billing Information” but you will NOT be billed; your total due will be $0. This is where you will set up your free membership information, including a password of your own choosing. Complete the required fields and click the “Place Order” button.

Re-enrollment is open now through February 28
Contracts keep rolling in! There is still time to re-enroll through ParentsWeb. Once in ParentsWeb, choose Family, then Enrollment/Re-enrollment. Remember, no payment is due when submitting your re-enrollment contract, so check this off your TO DO list early. The $150 fee will be automatically applied to your March 1 statement.
