The Montessori Academy of Arlington

I was so nervous starting my two year old at school for the first time and it has been a year now and cannot recommend this school enough. My child has blossomed and loves going to school each day!

Our 4 year old daughter has been attending almost a year now and it has been such a great experience for her. She has become more active and independent. She's developed relationships and made friends and really benefitted from being at this school.
I hope to be able to bring her sibling to this school in the future as well.

We love TMA! We were looking for a great daycare for our toddler and, after looking at many options in the area, it was clear to us that TMA was the best choice for our son. While paying the higher tuition fee isn't always easy, we firmly believe that this is where our son will get the best education - not only from a traditional school book - but also valuable life lessons. Highly recommend.

We are coming to the end of our first school year at the Montessori Academy and we could not be more pleased with our experience! TMA offers an educational environment that does not just teach, but facilitates a life long love of learning. The staff and teachers are loving and nurturing, yet they also encourage independence and empower the children to accomplish their goals. The campus is situated on a beautiful piece of land where the kids can go into the woods and use their imagination while benefiting from nature in a big city. I feel TMA is a wonderful school with a strong sense of community. I look forward to the next few years at TMA!

If you are uncertain about our school worry no more!! Yes I said our because this in not just a school this is an extension of your family. An administrator that takes time to listening and understand your family's values so that they can determine if the school will be able to meet your needs. Starting off in this way shows the level of consideration that the teachers take as they approach learning with every child. As the school closures happened in the spring ( 2020) our teachers were right there as resource to help us navigate establishing a new routine at home and tackling emotions that our 4 year old son was displaying. I stuck to her advice and in thick of COVID our son was free of all night time bed wetting. Our teachers are like no other and I looking forward to all of the amazing things that are to come as our children continue to bloom in this environment. COVID has meant changes for world but out children's learning has soared like we have been in the classroom this entire time. Our Conflict Resolution classes taught in Elementary has been extremely helpful as the teacher has been providing material that address COVID as well. This is an investment in your child that will pay off 100X over, as a parent we had a chance to speak to past graduates who are now in middle school. My heart was full with so much joy because one day that will be my lambs thriving in a new world with all of their Montessori skills. #youwillnotregret #bestschoolever #montessorimama

TMA is a wonderful school. We are beyond pleased with the creative engagement, care and dedication demonstrated by everyone in the learning environment. Outstanding programs and people.

Our son has been attending since infancy and is now moved up to a toddler program. I've never been unhappy here. He is safe, and the staff and teachers go above and beyond to make you happy, and take care of your child. They teach them well, and I don't ever feel he is missing out. They care for your family like it's their family, and the bonds they create makes it easy to take them to school because they WANT to be in school. You won't be sorry if you enroll... every aspect of this school goes above and beyond... all for our little ones.

Absolutely the best child care and school option I have ever seen! All the kids here are happy and well loved by teachers and staff. An excellent experience all around! My only complaint is it only goes to 6th grade!

It is very very expensive though.
